Due to the delicate handwork and embellishments on our garments, we do not offer any returns or refunds on our products.
Our garments are thoroughly checked for any defects before delivery from our factory. Incase there is a rare manufacturing defect on your item, we will exchange your item, or provide a credit note.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If any Items are sent back to us without first requesting an exchange, they will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and replace your item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item. If approved, you will be notified via email with further instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
